JerryGM (operated by Lucky Dog Brands LLC) collects only the information necessary to provide our fantasy football draft board and trade engine services. This includes your email address when you create an account, your fantasy league credentials (platform, league ID, and authentication tokens) to connect your league data, and basic usage analytics to improve the platform.
We use your information to authenticate you with your fantasy football platform, display your league data within the JerryGM application, answer the questions you ask Jerry (our AI advisor), process subscription payments through Stripe (our payment processor), send transactional emails related to your account, and improve our product based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.
Your data is stored securely on Railway-hosted PostgreSQL databases with encryption at rest. Authentication tokens for fantasy platforms are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage. We do not store your fantasy platform passwords. We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS for all communications, encrypted database connections, and regular security reviews.
We integrate with the following third-party services: Stripe for payment processing (subject to Stripe's privacy policy), Clerk for user authentication (subject to Clerk's privacy policy), Anthropic for the AI features (subject to Anthropic's privacy policy), and your chosen fantasy football platform (MFL, Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo) for league data retrieval. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.
When you ask Jerry a question — in the AI advisor or in chat — your question and the league data needed to answer it are sent to Anthropic, which processes them and returns the reply. Under our agreement with Anthropic, what we send is not used to train their models. The rest of JerryGM — projections, trade values, grades, bid ladders — is computed by us and involves no AI provider.
We run no analytics and no advertising trackers of any kind — no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party tracking scripts. We set no cookies for measurement or marketing.
The only cookies in use are strictly necessary ones: a sign-in session cookie set by Clerk, our authentication provider; a payment session cookie set by Stripe if you begin a checkout; and, during the beta, a jgm_beta cookie that records that you reached us through an invitation link so the site keeps letting you in. Once you have signed in to the app, it also sets a jgm_user flag so this website can tell your browser has used JerryGM and offer to open the app rather than sign you up; it holds no identifier. None of these identify you across other websites.
The app also stores data in your browser (local storage) to remember your leagues, preferences, draft boards and other work in progress. That stays on your device, is never transmitted for tracking, and is cleared when you clear your browser data.
If we ever add usage analytics, we will choose a cookieless, aggregate service and update this section before turning it on.
When you accept our license agreement, we record which version you accepted, the date and time, and the browser you used, so we can show what was agreed and when.
We also record the IP address the acceptance came from — but only where there is no comprehensive data-protection law requiring otherwise. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, or any region we cannot confidently identify, we do not store your IP address with that record. We store the region we resolved so we can tell a deliberately-omitted IP from a technical failure.
If you delete your account, we keep a minimized record that the acceptance happened: your email address, which agreement and version you accepted, the hash of that text, and when. We keep it because the confidentiality obligations accepted during the beta outlast the account, and we may need to show what was agreed. The IP address, the browser details and the region are not carried over — those are deleted with everything else. You can ask us for a copy of the version you accepted at any time.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@jerrygm.com. Upon account deletion, your personal data — including encrypted platform tokens and league associations — is permanently removed within 30 days. The one exception is the minimized agreement record described in Section 6, which we keep so that we can establish or defend legal claims about obligations that survive the account.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
