By accessing or using JerryGM (the "Service"), operated by Lucky Dog Brands LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
JerryGM is a fantasy football draft board, roster management tool, and AI-powered trade evaluation engine. The Service connects to third-party fantasy football platforms (MFL, Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo) to retrieve and display your league data. We do not operate or control those platforms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
During the beta, you must be at least 18. Beta access is granted under a separate agreement that carries confidentiality obligations, which a minor cannot be bound to. The general minimum above applies once JerryGM leaves beta.
The draft board and roster management features are available free of charge. Premium features (Trade Mode, AI Trade Advisor, JerryGrid™ analysis) require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing and features are described on our pricing page. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused service periods. Contact support@jerrygm.com for refund requests.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse engineer the Service, scrape or bulk-download data from the Service, impersonate another user, or use automated tools to access the Service in a way that exceeds reasonable personal use.
The JerryGM name, JerryGrid™ scoring system, "May the Tradewinds blow your trophy home"™ slogan, and all associated branding are the property of Lucky Dog Brands LLC. The Service's source code, design, and documentation are proprietary. Player names, team names, and league data belong to their respective owners.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of trade evaluations, AI recommendations, or player data. Fantasy football decisions made using the Service are your own responsibility. We are not liable for any losses related to fantasy football decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucky Dog Brands LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months prior to the claim.
JerryGM integrates with third-party fantasy football platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of those platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. If a platform changes its API or terms, some Service features may be temporarily or permanently affected.
The JerryGM Projections API (the "API") provides programmatic access to JerryGM's own projection model output, which is derived from openly licensed nflverse data. Access requires a JerryGM account and an API key issued through the Service. Plans, monthly call allowances, request rates and key limits are described on the API page; we may change limits with notice, and a reduction to an existing paid plan's limits takes effect no sooner than 30 days after notice.
License. Subject to these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use API output within your own applications. On the Free and Starter plans you must display the attribution string returned with each response wherever numbers derived from the API are shown. The Pro plan additionally permits displaying JerryGM-derived numbers within your own commercial products and waives the attribution requirement. No plan permits reselling, sublicensing or redistributing the raw feed or a substantially complete copy of it, presenting the output as your own model, or using it to train or calibrate a competing projection product.
Keys and fair use. You are responsible for every request made with a key issued to your account. Keep keys confidential and revoke any that may be compromised. Sharing keys between accounts, opening multiple accounts, or otherwise circumventing rate limits or call allowances is prohibited and may result in suspension.
Service level. Self-serve plans carry no uptime, latency or support commitment. We aim for reasonable availability and may throttle or block traffic that degrades the Service for others.
Versioning and deprecation. Within a version path (currently /api/ext/v1) changes are additive: fields may be added but are not removed, renamed or re-typed. A breaking change is released under a new version path with at least 90 days' notice by email to holders of active keys, and the previous version remains available throughout that period. The API's own documentation carries a dated changelog.
Billing. Paid API plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. There is no free trial; the Free plan serves that purpose. On cancellation, lapse or non-payment, keys are not revoked — they continue to operate at Free plan limits. Refunds are handled as described in Section 5.
Estimates. Projections are statistical estimates and are provided without warranty of accuracy. Sections 8 and 9 apply to the API in full.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
